As often happens, it started out innocently enough as some research, this time for beet recipes. But as what all too often happens during Internet research, I got sidetracked. (As much as I tend to digress while I speak, I guess it should come as no surprise that I seldom get to my research results via a straight line any more often than I take a direct path to any point in my life.) At some point in that research, I came across this quote of the day:
“Most vegetarians wouldn’t stand for being preached to by a religious zealot on Right and Wrong; what makes them think meat-eaters want to be preached at by them? I don’t see a difference.”
